NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section Twenty Seven of the Trustee Act 1925 that any person having a claim against, or an interest in, the Estate of the late CHRISTOPHER JOHN COPE of 25 Mere Road, Stourbridge, DY8 3AY who died on 24th November 2024 is hereby required to send particulars thereof to the undersigned the Solicitors for the Personal Representatives on or before the 18th August 2026. After this date the Personal Representatives will distribute the assets of the said deceased amongst the person entitled thereto having regard only to the claim and interests of which they shall then have had notice. In respect of the assets of any part thereof so distributed, the Personal Representatives will not be liable to any person of whose claim or interest they shall not then have had notice.
