Section 27 MRS PHYLLIS OWEN DECEASED
PURSUANT to the Trustee Act 1925 Section 27 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that all creditors or others having claims against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the estate of Phyllis Owen deceased late of Brigadoon Residential Care Home of 24-26 Bryniau Road, Llandudno, Conwy, LL30 2EZ who died on 24th May 2026 are required to send particulars in writing to the undersigned Solicitors on or before the 21st August 2026 after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have had notice.
