STATUTORY NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND CLAIMANTS TRUSTEE ACT 1925 SECTION 27RE: PAUL CARR (Deceased) pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925, notice is hereby given that any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of the aforementioned deceased, late of Carlyon, Station Road, North Thoresby, DN36 5QP, who died on 30th January 2024, is required to send particulars thereof in writing to the Executor, Miss Man Lan, at the address below on or before 17th August 2026.After this date, the Estate will be distributed having regard only to the claims and interests of which the Executor has had notice, and the Executor will not, as respects the property so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim they have not had notice.
