Georgia-Pacific GB CARE Plan Notice to Creditors and Beneficiaries under Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925

This notice is given by the Trustee of the Georgia-Pacific GB CARE Plan (the Plan). Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 and any other relevant power, that any person who believes that he or she has a claim against, or entitlement to a pension or any benefit from, or interest in the Plan is hereby required to send particulars in writing by 7 August 2026 of his or her claim or entitlement (together with full name, present address, date of birth, National Insurance Number and details of the period of employment to which the claim or entitlement relates (where relevant)) to the below online form or postal address marked for the attention of the Trustee: Online form: https://contactpensionsadmin.com

After 7 August 2026, the Trustee will proceed to wind-up the Plan and will distribute the assets of the Plan among the persons entitled to them, having regard only to those persons of whose claims and entitlements it has notice. The Trustee shall not, with regard to the Plan or the Plan assets so distributed, be liable to any other person of whose claim or entitlement they did not receive notice. Any individuals who have already been contacted on behalf of the Trustee about this matter should not respond to this notice as the Trustee will already have details of their claims and entitlements.
