Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925 anyone with a claim
against or an interest in the Estate of the deceased, late of
St Bernadette’s Nursing Home, 25-27 Trinity Road,
Scarborough, YO11 2TD; 32 High Street, West Heslerton,
Malton, YO17 8RD, who died on 08/12/2025, must send
written details to the address below by 12/08/2026, after
which the Estate will be distributed with regard only to
claims and interests notified.
