Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 27 (Deceased Estates) of the Trustee Act 1925, that any person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of Geoffrey John O'Brien, late of 8 Chartwell Road, Newport Pagnell, MK16 9EE, who died on 17th February 2026, is required to send particulars to Catherine Welch, 18 Orchard Gardens, Wakefield, WF4 3EY by 12th August 2026, after which the personal representatives will distribute the estate, having regard only to claims of which they have had notice.
