PURSUANT to the Trustee Act 1925 Section 27 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that all creditors or others having claims against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the estate of Edith Cicely Chilton deceased late of Brompton Lodge Care Home 54 Rhos Road Rhos On Sea Colwyn Bay Conwy LL28 4RY who died on 26th May 2026 are required to send particulars in writing to the undersigned Solicitors on or before the 14th August 2026 after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have had notice.
