Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925 any persons having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of the above named, late of Ely Court Care Home, Michaelston Rd, Cardiff CF5 6XD formerly of 11 Redlands House, 10 Redlands Avenue, Penarth, CF64 2QT and previously of 93 Coldbrook Road East, Barry, CF63 1NG, who died on 01/03/2026, are required to send written particulars thereof to the undersigned on or before 11/08/2026, after which date the Estate will be distributed having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have had notice.
