What is happening?

Notice under Section 27 of the Trustees Act 1925

PBMS Final Salary Scheme

Notice is hereby given to all parties who are or were members of the PBMS Final Salary Scheme (‘the Scheme’) that winding up was triggered on 27th February 2026.

The Trustee believes that all members of the Scheme and their benefits under it have been identified and members announcements have been sent to all members for who the Scheme holds an address.

If you were a member of the Scheme or otherwise believe you may be entitled to benefits from the Scheme and you have not received any announcements relating to the Scheme or been contacted the Scheme’s administrators, Aptia UK Limited, please post notification of your claim specifying your full name, address, particulars of membership of, or other claim on, to:

Please provide the full name of the Scheme in any claim.

All claims must be made by Friday 7th August 2026. After this date, the Trustee will proceed with the winding up the Scheme and distribute its assets to those persons entitled to them, having regard only to the claims of which they have had prior notice. The Trustee will not be liable to any person whose claim or entitlement has not been notified by the deadline.
