What is happening?
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 27 Trustee Act 1925 that any person having a claim against or interest in the estate of Sheila Bond of 30 Stonecross Way, March, Cambridgeshire PE15 9DH who died on the 28th February 2026 is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his or her claim or interest to Bowsers Solicitors of 10 Market Place, March, Cambridgeshire PE15 9JQ Reference AUC/RIN005/0003 and to send such particulars no later than 5th August 2026 after which date the estate will be distributed between the persons entitled thereof having regard only to the claims and interest of which the Solicitors have had notice and will not as respects the property so distributed be liable to any person whose claim they have not then had notice.
