Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925 any persons having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of aforementioned deceased, late of Primrose Cottage, New Close, Ilston, Gower Swansea SA3 7LQ who died on 7th day of September 2025 are required to send particulars thereof in writing to the undersigned John Morse Solicitors 156, St Helens Road, Swansea SA1 4DG Reference: MLO001/002 on or before 16th July 2026, after which date the Estate will be distributed having regard only to claims and interests of which they have had notice and will not as respects to the property so distributed be liable to any person of whose claim they shall not then have had notice.
