Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustees Act 1925 that any person having a claim against or interest in the estate of the late Anne Kathryn Booth of 16, The Street, Bramfield, Suffolk, IP19 9HT, who died 1st January 2026 and who appointed Johanna Welsh to be executor of the estate, are required to send particulars in writing of their claim to 16, The Street, Bramfield, IP19 9HT by 19th May 2026, after which date the executor will distribute the estate among the persons entitled thereto and will only have regard to the claims and interests that at that date they had notice to. They shall not be liable for claims and interests in the estate for which they have not had notice.
