NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925

Consort Equipment Products Pension Plan

This notice is addressed to former and current employees of Consort Equipment Products Limited and their next-of-kin/dependants.

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Trustees are winding up the Consort Equipment Products Pension Plan (“the Scheme”).

If you are a creditor or if you were or are an employee of “Consort Equipment Products Limited” and a member of the Scheme and think you are entitled to benefits under the Scheme, but have not been contacted in respect of these benefits, or you are a spouse, civil partner, child or dependant of a deceased member, please contact the Trustees of the Scheme in writing at Consort Equipment Products Pension Plan, Hughes Price Walter Ltd, Pembroke House, 15 Pembroke Road, Clifton, Bristol, BS8 3BA, or by the e-mail address consort@hughespricewalter.co.uk

Any claim must be registered with the Trustees by 8 July 2026.

You should include your full name, date of birth, current address, National Insurance number, a note of any benefits that you think you are entitled to, any relevant documentation supporting your claim and, if applicable, when you worked for the company.

The Trustees have insured the benefits for the members of this Scheme by means of a bulk annuity purchase with an insurer. The Trustees transferred the assets to the insurer who is liable for members’ benefits.

The Trustees of the Scheme shall not be liable to any person in respect of any claim, interest or entitlement they may have in relation to the Scheme but of which the Trustees have not been notified by 8 July 2026.

If you already receive a pension from the Scheme, or you have received announcements from the Trustees regarding the winding-up and transfer of the Scheme’s liabilities, you do not need to write to the Trustees as they already hold full details about your entitlement.

Issued on behalf of the Trustees of the Consort Equipment Products Pension Plan.
