Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that any person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of Robert Charles Franklin, late of 4 Dewberry Close, Hartlepool, TS26 0WE who died on the 23rd day of August 2022 is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his/her claim or interest, to R Bell & Son Solicitors of Durham House, 32A Victoria Road, Hartlepool, TS26 8DD, on or before 30th June 2026, after which date the executors will distribute the assets of the estate among the persons entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have had notice.
