What is happening?

Notice under Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925
RUBERY OWEN GROUP STAFF PENSION SCHEME

(“the Scheme”)

This notice is addressed to:
- current and former employees of New Hall Estates Limited
(the principal employer of the Scheme); and
- former employees of Rubery Owen Holdings Limited, Rozone
Limited, Rotech Laboratories Limited and Shukers Limited
(previous participating employers in the Scheme).
Owen Organization Pensions Limited is the trustee of the Scheme (the
Trustee). Notice is hereby given by the Trustee that winding up of the
Scheme was triggered on 27 March 2026. Any person who believes that
they have a claim against, or entitlement to a pension or any benefit from,
or interest in the Scheme is hereby requested to send details in writing
within two months from publication of this notice of their claim or
entitlement together with their full name, current address, date of birth,
National Insurance number, details of the period of employment to which
their claim relates (where relevant) and the full name of the Scheme.

Following the expiry of two months after publication of this notice, the
Trustee will proceed to wind-up the Scheme and will distribute the assets
of the Scheme to the persons entitled to them, having regard only to those
persons whose claims and entitlements they have notice of. The Trustee
shall not, with regard to the Scheme or the Scheme assets, be liable to any
person of whose claim they did not receive notice.
Any individuals who have already been contacted by or on behalf of the
Trustee about the winding up of the Scheme should not respond to this
notice as the Trustee is already aware of their claims and entitlements.
The Trustee will remain responsible for the Scheme until this process is
complete and you are welcome to contact the Trustee (using the contact
details above) should you have any queries in relation to this notice.
