NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF
A PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Central England Co-operative
Limited has applied to North East Derbyshire District
Council on 8th April 2026 for the variation of the Premises
Licence for Central England Co-operative, 43 Pentland
Road, Dronfield Woodhouse, Dronfield, S18 8ZQ. The
Application is to amend the conditions on the Premises
Licence to update the age restricted sales procedure. Any
person intending to make a relevant representation on this
application should submit them in writing by NOT LATER
THAN 6th MAY 2026 to :- The Licensing Officer,
Licensing Section, North East Derbyshire District Council,
District Council Offices, Mill Lane, Wingerworth,
Chesterfield, Derbyshire, S42 6NG or by e-mail to :
licensing@ne-derbyshire.gov.uk
The full application may be viewed at the above offices
between 10:00am and 4:00pm Monday to Friday. You will
need to contact the Licensing Section beforehand on 01246
217884 / 217885 to arrange an appointment.
It is an offence under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003
to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in
connection with an application. A person is liable to an
unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement
be made.
