NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pur- suant to Article 84 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989, that a meeting of the creditors of the above- named company will be held at Garma Advisory Limited, 5th Floor, Metro Building, 6-9 Donegall Square South, Belfast, BT1 5JA on Tuesday 21 April 2026 at 10:15am for the pur- poses mentioned in Articles 85 to 87 of the said Order, to consider the statement of affairs of the company to be laid before the meeting, to ap- point a liquidator and, if the creditors think fit, to appoint a liquidation com- mittee. A list of the names and add- resses of the company’s creditors will be available for inspection free of charge at the offices of Garma Ad- visory Limited on the two business days immediately preceding the meeting between the hours of 10.00 am and 4.00 pm.Any creditor entitled to attend and vote at this meeting is entitled to do so either in person or by proxy.
