Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925.
Any persons having a claim against the estate of David John Tringham, late of Villa Vista Arade, Fontes da Estombar, Lagoa, Algarve, Portugal, and formerly associated with Beech Hill, Chetwynd Road, Newport TF10 7JZ, who died on 10 August 2024 must send particulars of their claim to the undersigned by 9th May after which date the Estate will be distributed having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have had notice.
