Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925, notice is hereby given that any person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of Jill Barbara Holroyd, late of 2 Thatchers Close, Banbury, OX15 6LJ, who died on 12th June 2025, is required to send particulars thereof in writing to Richard Holroyd at 2 Thatchers Close, Banbury, OX15 6LJ on or before 6th May 2026, after which date the estate will be distributed having regard only to claims and interests of which they have had notice.
