LICENSING ACT 2003
Application has been made by Aldi Stores Limited to the Licensing Authority of City of Westminster Council to vary a Premises Licence for Aldi, 90-100 Edgware Road, London, W2 2EA. The proposed variation is to amend the current approved plan of the premises, amendment to conditions 9 in relation to the ABV of products and removal of condition 14 referring to public access and bring forward the start time for the sale of alcohol from 08:00 to 07:00 Monday to Saturday. The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public can be accessed online by visiting at www.westminster.gov.uk/Licensing and following the link to the public register. Written representations can be made to the Licensing Authority at Licensing Service, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London, SW1E 5QP at any time up to and including 9 February 2026. The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application. It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is Level 5.
