What is happening?

NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE
ACT 1925


Chapelthorpe PLC Pension Fund
Notice is hereby given that the Trustees of the
Chapelthorpe PLC Pension Fund (formerly known as
the Readicut International Pension Fund) (‘the Fund’)
intend to distribute the assets of the Fund in order to
wind-up the trust.
The Trustees have recently issued communications to
all members and beneficiaries currently receiving
benefits or with a known entitlement to benefits under
the Fund and wishes to trace anyone else who thinks
they have (or might have) a claim against the Fund or
an interest or entitlement to a benefit under the Fund.
Therefore, the following persons are requested to
write to the Trustees at the address given below on or
before 28 February 2026:
• Any employee or former employee of IFG Drake
Limited and International Fibres Group (Holdings) Ltd
who believes that he/she was a member of the Fund.
• Any employee or former employee of any other
relevant employer who participated in the Fund who
believes that he/she was a member of the Fund;
• Any person who believes themselves to be a
beneficiary of the Fund as a widow, widower, civil
partner or dependant of a deceased member of the
Fund; and
• Any other person who believes they have a claim
against, or an interest in, the Fund.
You do not need to write to us if you have recently
been contacted by us in relation to your membership
of the Fund.
Claimants should provide their full name, address,
date of birth, National Insurance number and details of
when they were members of the Fund and the period
of employment with any relevant employer to which
their claim relates (or where they are claiming as a
widow, widower, civil partner or dependant of a
deceased member, when they believe this person was
a member).
After 28 February 2026, the Trustees may proceed to
distribute the Fund’s assets and wind-up the trust,
having regard only to the claims of which they have
notice and the interests and entitlements of and in
respect of those members of the Fund of whom they
have knowledge.
The Trustees shall not be liable to any person of
whose claim, demand, interest or entitlement they
have not had notice in respect of the assets of the
Fund or any part of it so distributed.
Please note that if you have received any
correspondence from the Trustees within the last six
months then the Trustees are aware of your benefits
within the Fund and there is no need to make a claim.
