What is happening?

MAHLE POWERTRAIN PENSION SCHEME (“THE SCHEME”) NOTICE TO
CREDITORS AND BENEFICIARIES UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that the Scheme commenced wind-up with effect on and from 25 November 2025, and the trustee of the Scheme (the “Trustee”) intends to distribute the assets of the Scheme among all persons entitled to benefits from the Scheme as at the date it commenced wind-up.
Anyone (including but not limited to, former employees of MAHLE Powertrain Limited (“the Company”)) who thinks they are or were a member of the Scheme or any predecessor scheme (the Vickers Group Pension Scheme or the Cosworth Pension Scheme) and that they are entitled to benefits from the Scheme, or any other person who has a claim against the Scheme, should write to the Trustee, care of Isio, at the address below, or via email at

MAHLE_Pensions@isio.com,

with full details of their name, address, date of birth and, if applicable, the period which they were a member of the Scheme together with any supporting documents within two months of the publication date of this notice.
After expiry of the two month period the Trustee will finalise the distribution of the assets of the Scheme and shall not be liable to any person in respect of any claim, interest or entitlement he or she may have in relation to the Scheme but of which the Trustee has not been notified.
If you already receive a pension from the Scheme, or you have received any other correspondence from the Scheme within the last twelve months, you do not need to write to the Trustee.
