Enfield, London, Metaswitch Networks Ltd Plan 88, Notice of Winding Up

THIS NOTICE RELATES TO THE METASWITCH NETWORKS LTD PLAN 88 (Metaswitch Plan)

The Trustees of the Metaswitch Plan are in the process of winding-up the Metaswitch Plan and are providing formal notice under Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925.

This notice is placed to allow any potential members or beneficiaries of the Metaswitch Plan who are not known to the Trustees to come forward before the winding-up is completed.

It is requested that: (a) any employee or former employee of Metaswitch Networks Ltd (formerly known as Data Connection Ltd) or, if such a person is deceased, (b) the Next of Kin of that person, who thinks they might be entitled to benefits and (c) any other person who believes they may have a claim, provides written particulars of any such entitlement or claim to the Trustees of the Metaswitch Plan by emailing catalina.esler@weareigg.com, within two months of this publication, including your contact details and details of the benefits you think you are entitled.

The Trustees will only have regard to claims of which they have prior notice and will not be liable to any person whose claim has not been submitted within two months of this notice.

If you have already received correspondence from the Trustees of the Metaswitch Plan, you do not need to take further action.
