What is happening?
“In the Estate of Daniel O’Connell Deceased late of Flat 2, 12 Wellington Park, Belfast, BT9 6DJ.
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 28 of the Trustee Act (Northern Ireland) 1958, that any
person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of the late Daniel O’Connell who died on 26th
August 2025 is hereby required to send particulars thereof to R.P. Crawford Solicitors Limited of 17,
Stranmillis Road, Belfast BT9 5AF, and to send such particulars on or before the 8th February 2026.
After this date the Personal Representatives will distribute the estate among the persons entitled thereto
having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have had notice. In respect of the assets or
any part thereof so distributed, the Personal Representatives will not be liable to any person of whose
claim or interest they shall not then have had notice.”
