NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to Section 28 of the Trustee Act (Northern Ireland) 1958 that all creditors, beneficiaries and other persons having claims against or interest in the estate of the above named deceased who died on the 23rd day of May 2023 at The South West Acute Hospital, 124 Irvinestown Road, Enniskillen, County Fermanagh, BT74 6DN and her Executor is Ruth McKenna of 101 Main Street, Lisnaskea, BT92 0JH, are hereby required to send particulars thereof in writing to the undersigned Solicitors for the said Executor on or before the 12th day of February 2026 after which date the said Executor will proceed to administer the said estate having regard only to the claims and demands of which particulars shall have been received.
