Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925 any persons having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of aforementioned deceased, late of 238 Charlestown Road, Manchester M9 7ED, who died on 25.02.2025 are required to send particulars thereof in writing to the undersigned Peasegoods Solicitors of 937-941 Rochdale Road, Blackley Manchester, M9 8AE Reference: SM/PRO280 on or before 15.01.2026, after which date the Estate will be distributed having regard only to claims and interests of which they have had notice.
