What is happening?
Any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of Iris Plant late of 307 Sandon Road Stoke On Trent Staffordshire ST3 7EA who died on the 29th July 2025 is required to send particulars thereof to the undernamed Solicitors no later than 2 calendar months from the date of publication of this notice after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the Estate having regard only to valid claims and interests of which they have had notice, and will not, as respects the property so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim they shall not then have had notice.
