What is happening?
Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925 any persons having a
claim against or an interest in the Estate of aforementioned
deceased, late of 16 Harlech Way, Stretton, Burton On
Trent, DE12 0JN, who died on 01/10/2025 are required
to send particulars thereof in writing to the undersigned
Passmores Solicitors, 21 Tynewydd Rd, Barry, Vale of
Glamorgan, CF62 8HB Reference: CLE/38531/Grindlay
on or before 12/01/2026, after which date the Estate will
be distributed having regard only to claims and interests of
