What is happening?

PREMISES: Unit 4 Palace Buildings, Grand Parade, Tynemouth NE30 4JH Notice is given
that Brack Burger Limited applied to North Tyneside Council on 4th November 2025
for a Premises Licence for the above premises for the following licensable activities:- Films
and recorded music:- 07:00 to 00:00 hrs daily. Supply of alcohol:- 10:00 hrs to 00:00 hrs
daily. Late night refreshment:- 23:00 to 00:30 hrs daily. Seasonal variations apply as set out
in the application. Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application
must give notice in writing to:- The Licensing Section, The Killingworth Site, Harvey
Combe, Killingworth, Newcastle upon Tyne NE12 6UB or by email to liquor.licensing@
northtyneside.gov.uk Representations must be received no later than 3rd December 2025 The
application can be viewed by appointment at the above address between 9.30am and 4pm
Monday to Friday or via www.northtyneside.gov.uk It is an offence under Section 158 of the
Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement
in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a
person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
