What is happening?
PURSUANT to the Trustee Act 1925 Section 27 NOTICE
IS HEREBY GIVEN that all creditors or others having
claims against or claiming to be beneficially interested
in the estate of Audrey Rothwell deceased late of 78
Trinity Avenue, Llandudno, Conwy, LL30 2TQ who died
on 16th October 2025 are required to send particulars
in writing to the undersigned Solicitors on or before the
9th January 2026 after which date the Executors will
proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among
the persons entitled to them having regard only to the
claims and interests of which they have had notice.
