Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 27 Trustee Act 1925 that any person having a claim against or interest in the estate of Michael Laurence Delaney of 1A Plains Lane, Littleport, Cambridgeshire, CB6 1RJ who died on the 11 June 2025 is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his or her claim or interest to Bowsers Solicitors of 10 Market Place, March, Cambridgeshire PE15 9JQ Reference GIL024/0001 and to send such particulars not later than 5 January 2026 after which date the estate will be distributed between the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interest of which the Solicitors have had notice and will not as respects the property so distributed be liable to any person of whose claim they have not then had notice.
