Section 27 IN THE ESTATE OF LAURENCE JENKS DECEASED NOTICE PURSUANT TO SECTION 27 TRUSTEE ACT 1925
What is happening?
Any person having a claim against or an interest in
the estate of LAURENCE JENKS deceased of Two
Trees, 5 Kingsway, Crewe, Cheshire who died on 5th
May 2024 is required to send particulars thereof to
the under-named Solicitors no later than two calendar
months from the date of publication of this notice after
which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the
estate having regard only to valid claims and interests
of which they have had notice, and will not, as respects
the property so distributed, be liable to any person
of whose claim they shall not have had notice
