What is happening?
PURSUANT to the Trustee Act 1925 (Section 27), NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all creditors and others having any claims against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the estate of JOHN WYN MORGAN deceased late of Tyddyn Derwen, Dinas, Caernarfon, Gwynedd, LL54 5UG who died on the 13th of November 2024 and whose Will was proved in the Probate Registry on the 24th of September 2025 by Rhys Wyn Morgan as the Executor named in it (the Executor).
Are required to send particulars in writing to the undersigned Solicitors whose address is Pritchard Jones Lane LLP, 37 Castle Square, Caernarfon, in the County of Gwynedd, LL55 2NP on or before the 22nd of December 2025 after which date the Executor will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims of which they have had notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the deceased or any part of them distributed to any person or persons of whose claims or demands have not had notice.
