What is happening?
Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925 anyone having a claim
against or an interest in the Estate of the deceased, late of
Mowlam Nursing Home, Stewart Street, Kilrush, Co Clare,
Ireland formerly of: 22 Inns Court Avenue, Knowle, Bristol,
BS4 1TG, who died on 14/08/2024, must send written
particulars to the address below by 16/12/2025, after which
date the Estate will be distributed having regard only to
claims and interests notified.
