NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925

Hille Ergnonom Pension Scheme

Pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, notice is given that the Hille Ergnonom Pension Scheme (the “Scheme”), is in wind-up. The Trustee of the Scheme wishes to trace anyone, including former employees (whether full-time or part-time) of Wengen-Two, Wassall plc, Ergnonom Limited, Idem Furniture Limited, Hille Limited, who think they have (or might have) a claim against the Scheme or an interest or entitlement to benefit under the Scheme. Any such person is asked to provide full written particulars of any such claim, interest or entitlement to the Trustee of the Hille Ergnonom Pension Scheme, c/o First Actuarial LLP, Mayesbrook House, Lawnswood Business Park, Leeds, LS16 6QY on or before 10 December 2025 (together with their full name, address, NI Number, date of birth, dates of employment with Wengen-Two and any relevant papers). After this date, the Trustee will proceed with winding-up the Scheme and distributing its assets having regard only to the claims, interests and entitlements of which they are aware. The Trustee will not be liable to any person whose claim, interest or entitlement they have not been notified of on or before 10 December 2025. Notification is not required from persons who have recently received correspondence relating to the Scheme from First Actuarial LLP (on behalf of the Trustee).
