What is happening?
Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that any person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of Mr Eric Ronald Cornelius late of Moss Farm, Blisland, Bodmin, Cornwall. PL30 4LF is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his or her claim or interest to ATC Advisors. Unit 2 Dunheved Court, Pennygillam, Launceston. PL15 7ED before 24th December 2025 after which the personal representatives will distribute the estate having regard only to claims of which they have had notice and will not as respects property so distributed be liable to any person of whose claim they shall not then have had notice.
