What is happening?
PURSUANT to the Trustee Act 1925
NOTICE is given that all creditors and others having any claims against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the estate of Thomas David Jones late of 118 Maesglas Cardigan SA43 1AR (who died on 3rd January 2025 and a Grant of Probate was granted to Katy Charlotte Emma Hanson on 10th March 2025 out of the High Court of Justice England and Wales Principal Registry of the Family Division Harlow) are required to send particulars in writing to the undersigned solicitors on or before 3rd December 2025 after which date the said executor will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims of which they then have had notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the deceased or any part of them so distributed to any person or persons of whose claims or demands they then have not had notice.
