NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925
THE EXECUTIVE RETIREMENT PLAN - ROCKWELL AUTOMATION
LIMITED

Notice is hereby given under section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Executive Retirement Plan – Rockwell Automation Limited (‘the Plan’) commenced winding-up with effect on and from 10th October 2025.

The Trustee of the Plan believes that all members of the Plan and their benefits have been identified and member announcements have been sent to any member for whom the Trustee had an address.

This notice is intended for any person (including, but not limited to, any former employees of Rockwell Automation Limited) who believes he or she is a member or beneficiary of the Plan but has not been contacted by the Trustee in respect of the winding-up of the Plan.

If you believe that you may be entitled to benefits from, or have any claim against or interest in, the Plan but have not been contacted already, please provide your full name, address and particulars, together with any relevant supporting documentation to:

Such details must be sent within two months of the date of publication of this notice.

After the expiry of the two-month period from the date of publication of this notice, the Trustee will proceed to distribute the assets of the Plan among the persons entitled to them having regard only to those persons of whose claims, interests or entitlements it has had notice.

The Trustee of the Plan shall not be liable to any other person in respect of any claim, interest or entitlement in respect of the Plan.
