PURSUANT TO SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925
Notice is hereby given that any person having any claim against or any interest in the Estate of Vera Brunt of 15 Mount Crescent, Oswestry, Shropshire, SY11 1SS who died on the 8th day of March 2025 and whose Last Will and Testament dated 22nd day of August 2023 was proved in the Principal Registry on the 10th day of September 2025 by Stephen Robert Brunt and Darren James Morris is required to send particulars in writing to the undersigned Solicitors on or before the 5rh day of December 2025 after which date the said Stephen Robert Brunt and the said Darren James Morris will proceed to distribute the Estate of the deceased having regard only to any claim or any interest of which they have had notice and shall not be liable for the Estate of the deceased so distributed to any person of whose claim or interest they then have not had notice.
