What is happening?
The J H Rawley and Associated Companies Staff and Works Pension and Life Assurance SCHEME ("THE SCHEME") THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925, SECTION 27
Notice is hereby given under section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that the Trustee of the J H Rawley and Associated Companies Staff and Works Pension and Life Assurance Scheme is winding-up the Scheme.
The Trustee wishes to trace all former members and their beneficiaries who are entitled to benefits under the Scheme, and any persons who were employed by J.H. Rawley Group Limited (previously known as J.H. Rawley (Plant Hire) Limited), Rawley Plant Ltd and / or Gobur Caravans Limited and who were members of the Scheme but have not been informed of the wind-up.
Anyone who believes that he or she is a member of the Scheme but has not already been contacted by the Trustee about the winding-up, or anyone who believes they have any other interest, claim or entitlement in relation to the Scheme but has not already been contacted by the Trustee about the winding-up, should write and provide details of their membership, interest, claim or entitlement to the Trustee of the Scheme, c/o The WBR Group, 5A Dominus Way, Meridian Business Park, Leicester, LE19 1RP or e-mail David.Downie@wbrgroup.co.uk.
When contacting the Trustee please provide your full name, any former names by which you may have been known, your date of birth and your National Insurance number, along with details of your relevant employment.
Details must be sent within two months of the date of the publication of this notice. After the expiry of the two-month period the Scheme shall be wound up and the Trustee will have regard only to claims of which it has prior written notice and will not be liable in respect of any person whose claim has not been notified to it, in writing, within two months of the date of publication of this notice.
