Notice of Application for Grant of a Premises Licence

I William Maynard hereby give notice that an application was made to Blackburn with Darwen Council on the 11th September 2025 for the Grant of a new Premises Licence to operate a premises at: Mill Hill Football Club Waterfall Street Blackburn BB2 2BN from which the following licensable activities are proposed. Retail of Alcohol for consumption on and off the premises between the hours of 17:30 and 23:00 hours Monday to Friday, 12:00 to 23:00 Saturdays, and 12:00 to 22:30 Sundays.

The full application may be inspected, free of charge, at the offices of the council at Public Protection Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council Davyfield Depot, White Dove Building Roman Road Industrial Estate Blackburn BB1 2LX or at www.blackburn.gov.uk. Any interested party or Responsible Authority may make representations to the Licensing Section in writing within 28 Consecutive Days of the day of application was made as detailed above. The last day for representations being the 09/10/2025.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and a person may be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
