PURSUANT to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, notice is hereby given that any beneficiary, creditor or anyone else having any claim against, or claiming to be beneficially interested in the Ivy Ethel Elizabeth Webb Family Trust dated 30 April 2012, also known as the Ivy Webb Family Trust and the Ivy Elizabeth Webb Family Trust, ("the Trust") is required to send to Kimberley Webb and Shaun Webb, the trustees of the Trust (the "Trustees"), on or before 24th November 2025, written particulars of their claim, entitlement or interest (including their full name and present address) to the address of the Trustees' solicitors given below. After 24th November 2025, the Trustees will proceed to distribute the assets of the Trust among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims of which the Trustees then have notice, and in respect of the assets of the Trust so used will not be liable to anyone of whose claim the Trustees had no notice on or before 24th November 2025.
