Notice is hereby given to the public at large that a court order has been made for the sale of the properties at 22 and 24 Conyers Road, Streatham, London, SW16, the titles to which are registered at H.M Land Registry under title number 443153 and 199974 (the Properties), whose registered owner is Mr Miles Geoffrey Rattenbury, for the benefit of St Mary's Care Ltd, beneficiary of a charging order over the Properties made on 10th June 2014 in the Royal Court of Justice King's Bench Division in Claim Number HQ13X00546.

All persons having any claim or claims against or in the Properties or any part thereof are hereby required to make the same in writing, within 21 days from the publication of this notice, to the Court at the following address: Probate List, Chancery Division, 7 Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL, for the attention of Master Clark quoting the Court reference number: PT-2024-000300.

If no claims are made, the Properties will be sold without reference to any such claim or claims and the same will be considered as waived or abandoned. In the event the sale of the Properties proceeds, any surplus arising from the proceeds of the sale will be available to Mr Rattenbury's next of kin, who has acquired an interest in his estate in accordance with the laws of intestacy. If any party considers they are entitled, they should contact the Court at the address provided above.
