Notice of application for the variation of a Premises Licence

Premises: Holiday Inn Express Barrow In Furness Market Street Barrow In Furness Cumbria LA14 2LE. Notice is given that Trident Hotels (South Lakes) Ltd has applied to Westmorland & Furness Council to vary a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003. The proposed variation is:- To include regulated entertainment (live and recorded music, performances of dance and similar) daily from 08.00 until 01.00. Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must write to the Barrow Licensing, Public Protection Services, Town Hall, Duke Street, Barrow in Furness, Cumbria LA14 2LD or email: commercial@westmorlandandfurness.gov.uk. Representations must be received by 24 September 2025. The register of Licensing Applications can be inspected by appointment or at www.westmorlandandfurness.gov.uk
