NOTICE is hereby given PURSUANT TO SECTION 28 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1958
What is happening?
that all creditors, beneficiaries and other persons having any claims against or interests in the Estate of the above-named Deceased, who died on 5 November 2024
are hereby required to send on or before 31 August 2025 particulars in writing of such claims or interests to the undersigned solicitors for the Personal Representatives of the
Deceased after which date the Personal Representatives will distribute the estate among persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which particulars shall have been received and will not, as respects the property so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim they shall not then have had notice.
