Pursuant to the Section 27 of the Trustee Act, any persons having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of aforementioned deceased, late of 237 Brooklyn Road, Cheltenham, GL51 8DZ, who died on 28th January 2025 are required to send written particulars thereof to the Executor, Michael John Fletcher, 274 Old Bath Road, Cheltenham, GL53 9AP on or before 29th October 2025 after which date the Estate will be distributed having regard only to claims and interests of which the Executor has had notice.
