Pursuant to The Trustee Act 1925 - Notice is hereby given that any persons having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of Malcolm Ernest Jones late of Brynawel, Kerry, Newtown, Powys who died on 15th March 2025 and Grant of Representation having been issued by the Principal Probate Registry on 31st July 2025 to the Executors Nicholas Jones and Avril Evans are hereby required to send particulars in writing of his claim or interest to, the Solicitors acting in the estate on or before the 22nd October 2025 after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the said Deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interest of which they shall then have had notice.
