Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 27(1) of the Trustees Act 1925 that any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of Ann Louise Pudan deceased late of 23 Whitehead Crescent Wootton Bridge Ryde Isle of Wight PO33 4JF, who died on the 25th June 2025 are required to send particulars thereof in writing of their claims or interests to the undersigned Solicitors on or before the 27th October 2025 after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they shall have had notice.
