Pursuant to the Trustees Act 1925 any persons having a claim against or an interest in the estate of the aforementioned deceased, late of Penrhos Villa, Hazelmere Estate, Rhayader, LD6 5LS died on the 12 th April 2025 are required to send particulars thereof in writing to the undersigned solicitors within two months of this advertisement after which the estate will be distributed having regard only to the claims and interest of which they have had notice.
