Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that any person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of Eric William George Leckey deceased late of 22 Eric Road Stubbington Fareham Hampshire P014 2RW who died on the 15th November 2023, are hereby required to send particulars in writing of their claim or interest to the executors Mrs Vivian Elizabeth Harris and Mrs Linda Cairney c/o Mr Whitby-Smith of Olives Solicitors of 2 Batchelor Street Chatham Kent ME4 4B., Ref: WS/Cairney/Leckey before 23rd October 2025 after which time the personal representatives will distribute the estate having regard only to claims of which they have had notice.
